As an intuitive, I ask permission to connect with your true self (higher self / eternal
spirit / soul) and we are lead from there to serve your highest good. In this way, you
may more clearly perceive and receive your own guidance. You may experience the
satisfaction of self-healing. We begin wherever you are - whether you are in 'the
thick of it ' or just ready for a new level of awareness.
Our work together offers you the opportunity for transformation by engaging and
empowering the various aspects of your being. This way change can be embodied
and integrated throughout every layer of your body, mind, emotions, spirit, and life.
You can step forward and live your changes - live the life you choose.
Together, we access and clarify your own insight: you bring your awareness back in
to your self. By feeling what is going on inside of you, balance can be restored and
your energy can be enhanced.

We follow whatever path is most appropriate for you in the moment. The steps may

You can use this time to relax, heal, expand, transmute, and transform to whatever
degree you are ready. The energies of our true selves and our helpers (angels,
guides) support and nurture us while facilitating profound change.
What you wish to change in your life and your body is always up to you. It is your
decision and your responsibility to choose. It is also up to you as to what you are
ready to accept and integrate into your life. Our work together is lead by your true
self, so it is always at your own pace. And it is always grounded in love and the
affirmation of the greatest good.
As you shift your awareness and expand your consciousness, you affect All That Is --
YOU CREATE A NEW REALITY!
Get Ready for Change
To prepare for a session, you may begin with your intention to experience your true
self more clearly. Affirm that this serves only your highest purpose and the greatest
good for All That Is. You may also add your intent to shift whatever specific issues
are up for you. And perhaps include your willingness to move into your potential
even beyond that which you can imagine right now. Allow gratitude to flow - thank
your self and your helpers. And allow your self quiet space with enough time to relax
and integrate your changes afterwards.
These sessions may be done in-person, over the phone, or remotely. In person we
have the option of combining hands-on bodywork with the energy work and
guidance. Over the phone you may still feel a strong guiding presence and perhaps
even experience the sensation of being touched. Remote sessions are the same,
except they can happen at any time - you don't need to be consciously focused on
the session.

sessions throughout the past 11 years. You choose which type suits you best at any
given time. I strongly recommend scheduling a session on a day when you know you
